Create your own Kinusaiga

In this hands-on adult workshop, you’ll learn all about the Japanese art of Kinusaiga, a super satisfying textile art that's like making a mosaic out of fabric- no sewing involved! Emily will give a hands-on demonstration of the process and then float around to help each participant to create their very own 6x6" kinusaiga! Patterns and templates (handmade- no AI!) will also be available to help you create your piece, or choose your own design- the possibilties are endless and all materials are included, though if you'd like to bring extra fabric scraps, the more the merrier!

No experience is necessary! Whether you arrive with a fully formed vision or simply want to browse the supplies and see where inspiration takes you, this workshop is all about slowing down, getting creative, and enjoying this satisfying and relaxing process with others! :)
